Several users reported receiving a certificate error when connecting to some web services, including Progressbook. SWOCA TSS staff have confirmed the source of the problem as a local certificate cache not getting security updates quickly enough to reflect recent changes with our certificate provider, Globalsign. Users experiencing the problem should clear their SSL cache. (*Link to directions below*)
The cache should eventually update on its own; however we can not confirm how quickly this will resolve on its own. Please let me know if you have any questions or if this does not resolve the issue.

We are currently experiencing a known issue which is causing certificate revocation/error messages to be displayed within some of our certificates. We ask all customers to please follow the instructions in this support article to clear their cache.
