How to clear your cache

We have come to the conclusion, when new releases are installed, especially larger ones, such as the

16.0 release just recently installed, it sometimes create caching issues. We often tell you to “clear your cache” … but do you really know what that means?? Caching is a storage of temporary data. This temporary data sometimes creates issues in SI (and any other web product). This why you will want to clear your cache on occasion.  We highly recommend clearing your cache before school starts to reduce any change of issues.   We also recommend clearing your cache throughout the year as well.
