SWOCA’s New Website

SWOCA is pleased to announce that our new website has been published live!  There is a fresh look to the website as well as new navigation to get to the information you need.  The following provides a brief description of the new areas as well as where to find what you are looking for.

The top tool bar is meant to direct you to immediate help, the training calendar, documentation, portals, etc. As you scroll down on the page you will see a brown bar that says Library Services.

Portals—Portals are what you might refer to as web links. INFOhio’s Online WorkFlows Handbook can be found there as well as links to, INFOhio itself, Library of Congress, Cherwell Help Desk, etc.

Training – Our training calendar has two display options, List View (default) and Calendar View.  Select the ‘Library Services’ option to view INFOhio meetings and scheduled training sessions.

Registration—Register for a session by clicking “learn more” in the list view.  You will be required to answer a reCAPTCHA question.  If you answer incorrectly, a new image will appear.  Once you have registered for the session, you will receive email confirmation as well as a link to add the session to your calendar!

Updates—This is where you can find notification regarding scheduled downtime as well as relevant updates and reminders.

Please take some time to browse the new website and become familiar with it.

Please let me know if you have any questions or feedback regarding the site. I am happy to help you find what you are looking for.
