This training provides an overview of the Employee Self Service (ESS) platform, covering essential features such as logging in, user registration, and navigating the Home Screen. Attendees will learn how to manage their employee profile, view payslips and W2s, and access leave balances. The session also includes creating and approving leave requests, using leave calendars, entering timesheets, and managing workflow approvals. Administrators will explore advanced tools like user and group setup, data change management, system configuration, and USPS data syncing.
