Data Center Cooling Capacity Expansion with N+1 Redundancy and Aisle Containment Design & Installation (Revised 12/8/2025)
SWOCA is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to design, supply, install, and commission an expanded cooling solution for our primary data center, located in Hamilton, Ohio. The objective is to increase cooling capacity to support current and projected IT loads, achieve N+1 redundancy, and implement a hot/cold aisle containment system to improve cooling efficiency.
The RFP is available here. Interested vendors are required to complete and return the Non-Disclosure Agreement in Appendix B to adm@swoca.net no later than 5:00 PM December 5, 2025.
Updates to the RFP, including possible changes to the timeline and requirements, will be posted on this announcement. Respondents are responsible for checking updates to this page.
TIMELINE UPDATE: The deadline for interested parties to return the NDA has been extended to 4:00 PM EST December 12, 2025. All other deadlines listed in the attached RFP remain as published.
