ProgressBook Suite Districts,
SWOCA will be installing the PB Suite 24.0 Release tonight, Friday, July 26th from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. The entire ProgressBook Suite (DataMap, GradeBook, SpecialServices, StudentInformation) will be down during the installation. The release notes are attached.
Please share with your staff so they can plan accordingly.
GradeBook and ParentAccess will be unavailable from Monday, July 15th through Wednesday, July 17th.
StudentInformation and DataMap will still be available.

Positive Pay or POSPAY is an automated fraud detection tool offered by most banks. In its simplest form, it is a service that matches the account number, check number and dollar amount of each check presented for payment against a list of checks previously authorized and issued by the district.
