Fiscal Services Team LeaderKelley is the Team Leader for the fiscal services department which includes accounting (USAS), payroll (USPS) programs and she also supports other fiscal applications such as eFinancePLUS. Kelley is a member of OASBO, having presented at several regional meetings, and is active at the state level as a part of the Fiscal Redesign Oversight Committee that has been overseeing the new state software project. With the assistance of her team, Kelley coordinates and provides all fiscal program training and webinars. Kelley has 16 years of experience in using and supporting fiscal software.

She is our lead implementer for the eFInancePLUS implementations and customer support, as well as general fiscal guidance and assistance to our members. Student Services Team LeaderGlenda is the Team Leader for Student Support Services (SSS) which includes the ProgressBook Suite of products, several scheduling applications, and EMIS reporting. Student Support LiaisonSue has been with SWOCA since January of 2003 and is a part of our Student Services Support Team. She specializes in face-to-face training as well as virtual training and helpdesk support. Sue supports our district users in all ProgressBook modules such as StudentInformation and Gradebook. Sue’s main goal is to make sure SWOCA customers have the tools and knowledge they need to do their job effectively.

She has worked in the student services section of education for nine years, and for the past seven years, as an EMIS Coordinator. Education Management Information System – State required reporting system for student, staff, and financial information. Includes all training and support, webinars, and weekly newsletters.

Microsoft Reporting Services
SQL Server 2008 Microsoft Reporting Services is an ad-hoc report building tool that provides users the ability to generate reports from the Daslr database. The Daslr database is a read-only database that accesses the live DASL database via views for data retrieval. Microsoft reporting services provides end users the ability to extract data that may not be available in the form of a report in the DASL application. Once a report is saved it can be ran multiple times and each time the report will contain real-time data. Reporting services may only be used by districts that are live on DASL.

SWOCA offers a variety of services to member districts in educational technology integration including the use of INFOhio resources. We provide training and support in the effective use of library circulation software as well as library automation and cataloging. We also provide professional development opportunities on the integration of technology in the classroom

Technology Integration Specialist/INFOhio LiaisonKathy provides support for the library and media specialists in our school districts through the INFOhio program.
