DUO Notifications on IOS Troubleshooting

If you're signing into VPN, and not the Duo PUSH notifications, there are a few things to try. 1) Push notifications on their Duo Device have been disabled, whether done intentionally or done automatically by iOS or Android because there hadn't been activity from the Duo app in a while, toggling the notification settings for the Duo app off and back on often resolves this issue. If you manually open the DUO app after attempting to log in, this will often show the notification. 2) If you have a new phone; Please contact your IT Department or SWOCA TSS Support to request a new Duo device enrollment.
