Remote access to help you
SWOCA offers TeamViewer to more efficiently assist with applications running on your local computer. The following is a brief description of the process to access the TeamViewer application.
End Users Wanting to Share Their Desktops
- At the bottom of this page, depending upon your platform, choose “Remote Assistance for Mac” or “Remote Assistance for PC.” This will download the appropriate application
The “Remote Assistance for PC” program, for example, will open a dialog box:
- Choose “Run” to begin the installation.
- After installation, the following screen will appear.
- Provide the shown ID and Password to the SWOCA staff member assisting you.
